The culinary program in the Center for Hospitality and Sport Management was featured on WHYY-TV’s “Friday Arts” on Jan. 2. Jonathan Deutsch, PhD, director of the Center, James Feustel, instructor and director of culinary arts and food science, and Alexandra Zeitz, an undergraduate student in culinary arts, were interviewed.
