Drexel’s Center for Hospitality and Sport Management was mentioned in a Philadelphia Weekly story on Aug. 27 about eating on a budget. Emory McLeod, a program assistant in the Center, and Alex De Los Reyes, a junior culinary arts student, were quoted.
