Patricia Gerrity, PhD, a professor and associate dean for community programs and director of the Stephen and Sandra Sheller 11th Street Family Health Services in the College of Nursing and Health Professions, was mentioned on Philadelphia magazine’s “Be Well Philly” blog on Oct. 28 about her nomination as a “Health Hero” semifinalist. Voting is open for her in the semifinal round on a daily basis through Nov. 3.
