The Philadelphia Inquirer ran a Q+A with TV Chef Carla Hall from ABC’s “The Chew” on Oct. 19 about her collaboration with students and faculty in the Center for Hospitality and Sport Management. James Feustel, instructor and director of the Department of Culinary Arts and Food Science, was quoted.
