Chef Edward Bottone, assistant teaching professor in the Center for Hospitality and Sport Management, was quoted in a Philadelphia Business Journal article about cheesesteaks on June 20. Williams Woys Weaver, an adjunct professor in the center, was quoted in a corresponding story.
