Barry Furrow, a professor in the Earle Mack School of Law and director of the Health Law Program, was interviewed on WHYY/Newsworks.org on October 23 about a new Pennsylvania law that prevents certain expressions of condolences or sympathies by doctors from being used in lawsuits.
