Dr. Robert Brehm, an associate teaching professor in the College of Engineering, was mentioned on a July 18 WCAU-TV (NBC-10) story on a Philadelphia City Council hearing to discuss safe demolition practices in light of a building collapse at 22nd and Market Street in early June.
