New Students at Drexel Med School Given iPads as Training Tool

Arnold Smolen, associate dean for information technology at the College of Medicine, was quoted in an August 6 KYW Newsradio (1060-AM) story about Drexel’s new policy for incoming first-year medical students to receive a new iPad loaded with their curriculum. WPVI-TV (6-abc) and WPHL-TV (PHL-17) also ran the story.
