Caltech Gives New Meaning to ‘Academically Ineligible’

Dr. Ellen Staurowsky, a professor in Goodwin College, was quoted in a New York Times story about California Institute of Technology being cited by the NCAA for allowing some athletes to compete while deemed “academically ineligible,” due to a unique class scheduling practice at CalTech.
