Penn State Fined $60 Million, Avoids Football Death Penalty

Dr. Ellen Staurowksy, a professor in the Goodwin College, was quoted in a Bloomberg News article about the NCAA’s punitive measures against Penn State. The article was picked up by the San Francisco Chronicle. She was also quoted in an article on this topic in The Guardian and was interviewed on American Public Media’s “Marketplace.”
