Daniel Filler, a professor in the Earle Mack School of Law, was quoted in the Christian Science Monitor about the possibility of the insanity defense being used in the trial of a man accused of killing 12 people and wounding 58 in a shooting spree that took place in a Colorado movie theater on July 20.
