The Philadelphia Inquirer featured the Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts & Design’s Restaurant Design course on the cover of the “Food” section. Karen Pelzer, an assistant teaching professor and associate director of the MS program for Interior Architecture and design, and adjunct professor Chris Sheffield were quoted.
