Donald Tibbs, associate professor in the Earle Mack School of Law, was quoted by the Associated Press in a story about the new Supreme Court ruling on GPS surveillance. The story has been picked up by hundreds of news outlets, including the Wall Street Journal, CNN and National Public Radio (NPR).
