Dr. Julie Mostov, vice provost for global initiatives at Drexel University, was quoted in a front-page Philadelphia Inquirer story about Mayor Nutter’s visit to Tianjin, China. During the trip, Mostov, on behalf of the University, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Nankai University.
