Science Festival Enlists Jazz Quartet

Dr. Youngmoo Kim, assistant dean of media technologies and an associate professor in the College of Engineering, was quoted in a Philadelphia Inquirer article about a jazz quartet that performed at Drexel as part of the Philadelphia Science Festival. Students in Kim’s Music & Entertainment Technology Lab developed a smartphone app that allowed audience members to watch visual representations of various aspects of the music.
