Dr. Charles A. Williams, assistant clinical professor and director of the Center for Prevention of School-Aged Violence in the Goodwin College, was quoted in a Philadelphia Tribune story about the state senate hearing on foster care he participated in. The hearing was also featured in WHYY’s Newsworks.org.
