Witnesses to Hunger: A Portrait of Food Insecurity in America

Dr. Mariana Chilton, an associate professor and director of the Center for Hunger-Free Communities, was featured in a CNN American Morning story about hunger and poverty in America. Several participants in Chilton’s “Witnesses to Hunger” research and advocacy program were profiled in the story. Part 1 of the two-part story aired on September 22. She also was quoted in a Philadelphia Inquirer article on this topic on September 23.
