Carter Murdoch, PhD, is the executive director of the Wilbur C. Henderson Real Estate Institute in the LeBow College of Business, and an accomplished real estate executive.

Murdoch had an accomplished career in real estate that included roles as executive vice president at ARC Home Loans LLC, senior vice president at Freedom Mortgage, senior vice president and operations executive for Anywhere Real Estate (formerly Realogy Holdings Corporation), senior vice president at Bank of America, N.A. and principal economist and managing director of the National Association of Realtors®. 

Murdoch is a licensed real estate agent since 1987.
