Nyree Dardarian is an assistant clinical professor and director of the Center for Nutrition & Performance in the Department of Nutrition Sciences. She is a licensed and registered dietitian and a board-certified specialist in Sports Dietetics. Her research projects focus on collegiate and professional athlete knowledge and behavior change, metabolism and nutrition centered workplace wellness.

Dardarian developed the formulation of Dragon Gels™, an in-sport fuel used exclusively by the teams she supports. Dardarian is the sports nutritionist for professional sports teams Philadelphia Union (Major League Soccer) and the Philadelphia Flyers (National Hockey League).
