We know they’re out there — lots of them. It’s your job to let us know who they are.

Now through mid-September, Drexel Magazine is accepting nominations for outstanding alumni for its third annual 40 Under 40 edition. Last year’s issue invited readers to meet an Olympic athlete, an Oscar winner, scientists, startup leaders and other bright young thinkers making an impact across the country. Even after featuring two classes of these impressive alumni, we know we’ve only scratched the surface.

Nominations are being sought through Sept. 15. Alumni may also self-nominate.

To be eligible, nominees must be 40 years or younger as of Jan. 1, 2015, and they must have received a degree from Drexel University. In addition, editors will be looking for evidence of professional success and community involvement.

Applications must include the nominee’s age, Drexel degree and a high-resolution image of the nominee, plus an essay on why the person deserves to be honored. Nominees will be evaluated based on their personal and professional achievements, awards and recognitions, and involvement in the community or advocacy.

Submit your nomination online by Sept. 15.
