What: More than 1,000 recent college graduates from schools across the Greater Philadelphia region will attend a college career fair on Drexel’s campus. The event, organized by Campus Philly, will feature more than 50 employers with 300 available positions for recent grads. A recent study by the National Association of Colleges and Employers reported this year’s graduating class will do better in finding full-time work than in 2009. One in four will leave college with a job as compared to one in five in 2009.The event is open to recent college graduates from 2006-2010, who are available to start a full-time position no later than September 2010. Students are encouraged to pre-register and maximize their time in front of employers at the fair. For more information about the fair and to register visit www.campusphilly.org/careers.
