By The Associated Press PHILADELPHIA — Philadelphia police say part of Chestnut Street in the University City neighborhood will be closed for a debate of Democratic presidential hopefuls.Police say things should be back to normal by 3 a.m. Wednesday.The debate at Drexel University is scheduled to begin at 9 p.m. Tuesday, but the intermittent street closing starts 24 hours in advance. Police say the street should be open for Tuesday morning's rush hour.The two-hour debate features seven Democrats seeking their party's presidential nomination. They are Sens. Hillary Rodham Clinton, Barack Obama, Joe Biden and Chris Dodd; former Sen. John Edwards; New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, and U.S. Rep. Dennis Kucinich (koo-SIN'-ich).
