Initiatives

A representative group of faculty and staff, called the Program Performance Review Committee, has developed an Annual Program Review (APR) process that will replace the past program review process.   APR features standardized program metrics within two complimentary dashboards.  The idea of a "Program Health Dashboard" is not new as it surfaced in the Academic Resource Planning sub-committee of the Pre-Planning work for the current strategic plan. That idea set the foundation for the current process and plan. Before full implementation, the committee facilitated a pilot of the process.

Annual Program Review

The Annual Program Review process was developed by a representative group of faculty and staff who created and refined two complimentary dashboards which provide data and context for program performance year to year.   This iterative process focuses on continuous improvement through reporting and data supported decision making within programs, colleges and the university as a whole.
