Clear Space
The legibility and distinction of the University logo is very important. To ensure that the logo is highly visible, always separate it from its surroundings. The area of isolation, or minimum required clear space, surrounding all horizontal logos should be one half the logo's height on all sides as shown below. Do not allow any other graphic elements to penetrate this area of isolation. In addition, the elements of the Drexel University Graphic Identity Program should not be placed over a photograph or patterned background. View color combinations and the incorrect usage examples.
