The Office of the General Counsel provides legal advice regarding a wide range of legal issues involving real estate owned or leased by the University, including:

• drafting and reviewing documents and agreements involving the acquisition, sale or lease of real property to and from the University;
• counseling on zoning and tax issues related to the University’s real estate.
