Certificate Requests A certificate of insurance is a document from an insurance agent/broker that outlines the types and limits of insurance carried by an entity. All requests for certificates must be forwarded to the Office of Risk Management. A copy of the contract/agreement that includes the insurance requirements must be submitted to the Office of Risk Management for review to determine if Drexel can comply with the terms as written, or if edits would need to be made; and Requests should be made at least 14 business days in advance to provide time for review and to request the certificate from the broker.
