TENURE AND PROMOTION

Candidate submits dossier to Department Head no later than August 18, 2025.
Dean forwards candidate's official dossier via SharePoint to the Office of Faculty Advancement and Inclusion no later than January 16, 2025.

Candidate submits dossier to Department Head no later than February 2, 2026.
Mid-Point review dossier and drafts of letters are forwarded to the Office of Faculty Advancement and Inclusion (facultyaffairs@drexel.edu) no later than April 27, 2026.

College/School notifies the Office of Faculty Advancement and Inclusion (facultyaffairs@drexel.edu) of candidates applying for promotion no later than October 23, 2025.
Candidate submits dossier to Department Head no later than January 22, 2026.
Dean forwards candidate's official dossier and drafts of letters to the Office of Faculty Advancement and Inclusion (facultyaffairs@drexel.edu) no later than May 11, 2026.

A Sabbatical Information Session will be held on October 15, 2025 from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm via Zoom. Please register here for this session.
Candidate submits non-binding Intent to Apply for a Sabbatical Form no later than October 16, 2025.
Cover Page and Proposal Application package is submitted as a single PDF file by the candidate to their Department Head no later than October 31, 2025.
The complete proposal package is forwarded by the Dean to the Office of Faculty Advancement and Inclusion (sabbaticals@drexel.edu) no later than December 1, 2025.

Application package submitted by Dean to the Office of Faculty Advancement and Inclusion (facultyaffairs@drexel.edu) no later than September 15, 2025.

Candidate submits non-binding Intent to Apply for Emeritus/Emerita Status Form no later than October 31, 2025.
Application for Emeritus/Emerita Status submitted by the candidate to their Department Head no later than December 1, 2025.
Complete application package is forwarded by the Dean to the Office of Faculty Advancement and Inclusion (facultyaffairs@drexel.edu) by January 15, 2026.
