Drexel English Language Center
All students must have valid health insurance for the entire length of their time of study at the Drexel University English Language Center.
Students in the International Gateway Program and the UPrep program receive insurance directly through Drexel University, as listed on university eBills.
Students in the Intensive English Program and Special Programs are provided with a health insurance policy arranged by the Drexel University English Language Center through International Student Protection Plan.

Immunization Information
Drexel University requires all entering full-time undergraduate and graduate students to complete an immunization record. Students can learn more about immunization requirements and can download immunization forms at Drexel's Office of Counseling and Health Services – Insurance and Immunizations.

How to Submit Your Completed Immunization Record
Please scan and send all completed immunization records via email to healthimmu@drexel.edu. Be sure to include the following in the email:
- Full Name – First/Given Name and Last/Family Name
- Drexel ID number
Forms take about 48 hours to process.

Health Insurance is very confusing, even for Americans! If you need help, please visit the English Language Center's Front Desk. Below is a chart of common vocabulary words and phrases to help you understand your health insurance policy.
