COLLEGE AND SCHOOL CEREMONIES

JUNE 13-15, 2024

Graduates are guaranteed to receive up to four (4) tickets for guests to attend their college or school ceremony. These tickets can be picked up beginning May 15 between 9 a.m.–6 p.m. as part of the Graduation Fair located in the Recreation Center Lobby (33rd and Market streets).

Students who request additional tickets will learn how many tickets have been granted on May 15 at the earliest, when graduates pick up their ticket envelopes at the Graduation Fair. Ticket counts are outlined in an insert as part of ticket envelopes.

All college and school ceremonies will be live-streamed on individual ceremony pages of this Commencement site.

Graduates who completed the RSVP by May 10 and pick up tickets during the Graduation Fair can request additional extra tickets at Main Building, Suite 220 after May 15. Additional extra tickets than those previously granted are not guaranteed and decided upon on a case-by-case basis.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT MOBILE TICKETS

Do I need an MLB account to use the Ballpark app?

When you download the MLB Ballpark app, you will need to create or log in with an MLB account. An MLB account is free and easy to create directly from the MLB Ballpark app or MLB.com

What happens if my smartphone battery dies or I lose internet access?

Mobile charging stations are available for guest use on the main concourse and at the ticket windows. In addition, we advise fans with Apple devices to place their tickets in Apple Wallet for offline use or use FreePhilliesWifi. If you are still unable to access your tickets, please visit a ticket window at Citizens Bank Park. As long as you have a photo ID and a valid Phillies ticket account, we can reprint your tickets.

If I have more than one ticket for the game, do I have to present all tickets at the same time?

All active and unrestricted tickets associated with your Phillies ticket account will be displayed and available to present to be scanned for entry.  When on the barcode screen, simply swipe to reveal the next ticket(s).  If guests will be arriving separately, we recommend forwarding tickets to each individual guest in advance so they can access in the MLB Ballpark app.

For further instructions and information, check out the Mobile Ticketing Guide.

The University-wide ceremony will be broadcast on PhanaVision, the ballpark’s video system of two Jumbotrons on the right and left field sides and on monitors throughout the concourse. The University-wide ceremony will also be live-streamed on the homepage of this Commencement site.
