GRADUATES REQUESTING ACCOMMODATIONS DUE TO A DISABILITY

All questions and requests for graduates in need of accommodations due to a disability should be made directly to Disability Resources at disability@drexel.edu. All Commencement ceremonies will be live-streamed with closed captioning (CC). Accessible recordings of all ceremonies will be made available via the Commencement website the week of June 17.

ACCESSIBILITY AT COMMENCEMENT VENUES

The University-wide Commencement ceremony on Friday, June 14 at 5 p.m. ET will be held at Citizens Bank Park. The venue offers plenty of accessible parking and seating that are available without reservation.

Citizens Bank Park Guest Services Team will be available at the entrance gates to direct guests to ADA seating. Guests who require ADA seating will only be allowed one companion in the ADA seating section. If a guest is in need of a wheelchair, the guest/family is responsible for providing their own equipment and assistance.

All venues used for Drexel Commencement ceremonies from June 13-15 – including buildings on the University City Campus, the Academy of Music, the Mann Center, and Citizens Bank Park – are accessible in both parking and seating.

Specific tickets are not required, nor available, for accessible seating. Accessible seating sections at the Academy of Music and Mann Center are ADA boxes located behind graduate seating. Accessible seating sections at Citizens Bank Park are available on all levels and behind all standard seating sections.

Additional information on accessible parking and specific drop-off locations is available under Transportation.
