Drexel nursing alumna Nga Nguyen, A.C.E. ‘08, gave a presentation on March 28 at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. Her talk was about integrating the science of caring as a framework guiding interdisciplinary education in the Medical Intensive Care Unit. Nursing theorist Dr. Jean Watson, who is best known for her Theory of Human Caring, has recognized Nguyen’s work in this area.
