Health Sciences Building
Drexel University’s Health Sciences Building opened in September 2022 in University City at 60 North 36th Street, Philadelphia. This 12-story, 460,000 square foot, state-of-the-art academic home brings together the College of Nursing and Health Professions, the College of Medicine and the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and Professional Studies, enhancing collaboration, research and practice opportunities.
Centralizing many of Drexel's health-related programs in the Health Sciences Building creates new opportunities for interdisciplinary education in a facility that affords students, faculty and professional staff the best possible environment for continued development and growth. New administrative offices and transformational instructional spaces, including simulation, anatomy and wet labs and simulated patient rooms, provide a setting in which students can hone clinical skills through hands-on learning experiences.
Drexel students are within easy walking distance of the University’s libraries, fitness center, theaters, athletic fields, residence halls, dining and student organizations.
