The Barnes & Noble at Drexel University Bookstore underwent a renovation of the University City store in fall 2021. As part of its new redesign, the Bookstore features Drexel-branded graphics and colors that represent the University community. The redesigned store also has plenty to offer for visiting Drexel University alumni, family and fans, including an expanded assortment of Dragons apparel, gifts and school supplies. Merchandise is available both in store and online through the website or mobile app, delivered with a dynamic and personalized experience.

"We rely on feedback from the University community to help us improve services on campus, and the renovation of the University City Barnes & Noble bookstore is no exception," said Don Liberati, associate vice president of Drexel Business Services. "This project addressed requests we received from students and other patrons for new and expanded merchandise, as well as tech services for their devices."

As part of the renovation, the Bookstore added the Drexel University Tech Store, which serves as a one-stop-stop for Apple devices and accessories. In addition to selling Apple devices and accessories, the store will also offer service and repair. Drexel students, faculty and staff will receive an Education Discount on Apple devices.

"We're thrilled to announce the renovation of the Barnes & Noble at Drexel University Bookstore," said Amanda Howe, regional manager for Barnes & Noble College. "Our goal is to reflect the excitement and pride of the Drexel University community, creating a space that can serve our customers now, as we continue to navigate these challenging times. We know that Drexel students will love their new Bookstore, and we look forward to welcoming them in our store, or online."
