Supporting Employees with Autism and Other Disabilities
This session is designed for supervisors and colleagues of task-oriented team members. It provides managers with a practical introduction to disability, autism, and neurodiversity in the workplace, with strategies that can be applied broadly to support entry-level workers.
This training is 1 to 1.5 hours in length and is available virtually or in-person (within 40 miles of Philadelphia) for supervisors and colleagues of entry-level employees with autism and other disabilities.
