Nolij Upgrade

Drexel University will be applying an upgrade to Nolij, an online document imaging tool, on August 18, 2013. While the majority of system enhancements will be behind the scenes, users will notice several visual changes to the interface. For example, “Nolij” on the menu toolbar will become “perceptive” and the Clear Query option (for person search) is now part of the workflow section. Searching, indexing and other document management tasks will remain unchanged.

Please note that when you first log in after the upgrade, you must select a workflow for the filters to appear on your screen. If you have multiple roles, you’ll have to do this for all of them. In addition, File Explorer and Form will be collapsed so you’ll have to expand it as well.

Internet Explorer 9 (or below) will continue to be the official supported web browser to open and access Nolij document, and the URL to access Nolij ( will remain unchanged.

For current Banner INB users: please be aware that the Nolij button inside Banner INB is not available at this time. A solution is being worked on. Please visit this page again for possible updates.

If you should discover any problems with using Nolij after the upgrade, please refer to the additional references section below for addition information.  You may also let the appropriate Academic Information & Systems (AIS) Systems Analysts know by sending an email to one of the following addresses: if you work in Enrollment Management if you work in an Academic, Registrar or Student Life related department if you work in the Steinbright Career Development Center if you work in Financial Aid/Student Resource Center if you work in Human Resources
