STORM OPHELIA IN IRELAND, UK October 16, 2017 The Office of International Programs has been following carefully the path of Storm Ophelia, a major storm with heavy winds and rains that made landfall in Ireland in the morning and has continued to move across Ireland and into the UK throughout the day. Schools and businesses were closed on Monday in Ireland. Drexel travelers in the region have been advised to follow guidance from local authorities.
