If you’ve got a good co-op, it’s hard not to share it with the world. And instead of talking someone’s ear off about it, why not just show a picture?
The Steinbright Career Development Center recently announced the winners of its annual photo contest for co-op students that asked them to show off the pictures that best represent their experiences both on the job and off.
“Each year, I am amazed by the range of experiences and the unique opportunities our students capture during their co-ops,” said Jill Marateck, marketing and communications coordinator for Steinbright. “This year was no exception; playing with lions, networking with celebrities, building robots — our students did and saw it all.”
Marateck was part of the four-judge panel which winnowed the entries down in two different categories — “@Work” and “@Play” — to a top 10 that the public then voted upon online.
“We had some truly exceptional entries this year,” Marateck said. “The competition was neck-and-neck in both categories.
