Charlie Ortiz is a first -generation medical student at Drexel College of Medicine. His family is of Salvadorian decent. Charlie hopes to specialize in Plastic Surgery. With a background as a quality assurance complaint specialist in medical devices, he gained experience in data collection and interaction with doctors and patients. Charlie is also dedicated to community service, teaching English to immigrants.
When Charlie is not studying, he enjoys exercising, reading, and baking. He also enjoys learning of new cultures and different languages.
