New Process for Off-Site Event Payments

Effective July 15, 2019, any contracted event held off-site (not on a Drexel University or subsidiary campus) must be procured through the Smart Source. Payment for these events, of any amount, will no longer be permitted using a P-Card. Events with contracts dated prior to July 15 and have documentation of paid venue deposits will be the only exception. Procurement's Travel Services team will continue to review and sign contracts for offsite events.
