Honors Program Advising

Each Drexel student is given an academic advisor to assist in their major and concentration requirements needed for their degree. Academic advisors work with students specifically in their degree granting program and can help with any questions or concerns regarding their major requirements. Honors Program advisors, on the other hand, work with students to ensure the completion of Honors specific requirements. Students may schedule an appointment with any Honors Program advisor.

What can an Honors Advisor help with?

Honors Program staff can assist you with the Honors curriculum and requirements, options and decisions in selecting a major, ways to get involved on campus, short- and long-term career goals, and any other questions or concerns that you may have. Honors Program staff work with Honors student one-on-one to ensure they have access to the resources necessary to be a successful college student and Honors graduate.

Am I required to meet with an Honors Advisor?

Honors Program students are encouraged to meet with Honors Program advisors as frequently as they need assistance, but are not required to schedule a one-on-one appointment. Honors students may contact any member of the Honors Program team.
