Congratulations on your admission to Drexel University! You have overcome a challenging decision process and made the choice to call Drexel your home. Now that you're officially a Drexel Dragon, you're probably wondering about what happens next. To help guide you through this process, our First Year Experience website provides you with all the information you will need — including important dates, resources, and more — all in one spot.

But a Drexel education isn’t a destination, it’s a journey. And your journey begins with Welcome Week, Drexel's student orientation that gives all new Dragons the opportunity to experience campus and get to know each other before starting classes in the fall. Beginning with Move-In Weekend, Welcome Week (September 16-22) is the perfect way for you to begin your First 100 Days as a Drexel Dragon in the great city of Philadelphia.

This Is Your Team

At Drexel, all full-time undergraduate students are paired with advisors that support them throughout their entire time at Drexel. These staff members are part of what makes up every student's Success Team. The Student Success Team is a group of Drexel professionals that are specifically dedicated to assisting you throughout your entire time here. They include your Academic Advisor, Co-op/Career Advisor, Subject-Specialist Librarian, and your Drexel Central Representative. We encourage you to get to know the members of your success team as they are dedicated to helping you figure out what you want to do with your future and how you will get there.

Drexel Central and DrexelOne

Drexel Central is your one-stop for the Offices of the Bursar, Financial Aid, and Registrar. Their goal is to help you in every way possible regarding those areas. During your time at Drexel, you will also utilize DrexelOne (our student portal) for all your administrative needs such as your email, class scheduling, eBill payments, event registrations, and student action checklists. Throughout your time here, we encourage you to utilize these two resources in order to stay connected and make sure you’re on track to graduate on time.

The Campus Engagement Team, in conjunction with the Community Student Association (CSA), provides Commuter Student Resources. Through a variety of resources and support, they are committed to supporting the commuter student experience at Drexel, including commuter student engagement and off-campus housing.
