Welcome to the College of Engineering and Computing

We are happy to welcome you to our community! You are joining an academically comprehensive, globally engaged college dedicated to preparing students with the knowledge and skills to lead, design, innovate, and research across industry and science.

Since the start, engineering and technology have been the cornerstone of Drexel University. Now, Drexel is bringing together previously separate schools, integrating our strengths in the School of Biomedical Engineering, Science & Health Systems (BIOMED), the College of Computing & Informatics (CCI), and the College of Engineering (CoE) united under one college — the College of Engineering and Computing.

Whether your interests lie in computer science, robotics, information science, biomedical, civil, electrical, mechanical engineering, or one of the many other exciting majors offered in the college, you are about to embark on an academic journey that will help you discover and pursue your passions. You’ll learn from renowned faculty who teach and mentor and you’ll be supported by dedicated staff committed to your success.

At Drexel and in our college, you’ll be able to explore your interests, and gain hands-on experience through co-op and the many experiential learning opportunities that will connect engineering and computing to the world around you. This is your first step toward shaping the future — contributing to innovations, creating real-world solutions, and tackling humanity’s greatest challenges
