Talk title: Non-Compete Agreements in Health Care

The Fair Contracting for Health Care Practitioners Act, Act 74 of 2024,limits non-compete agreements for certain health care providers. Having recentlytaken effect in 2025, Act 74 directs the Pennsylvania Health Care Cost Containment Council (PHC4) to study the impacts of this law and report its findings within 3 years.
