Join us for a unique session where you can ask your questions about managing chronic diseases to a nurse! Some chronic diseases our nurse will focus on include heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, and obesity. You will receive tips on prevention, management, and understanding medications for these conditions. Your health matters—let's talk about it!
