BS in Game Design & Production (Anticipated 2019)

Bio:

Erin Truesdell is a junior in Drexel’s Game Design and Production program, pursuing a minor in Music Theory and Composition, and is the co-op at the Entrepreneurial Game Studio (EGS). Erin is a returning presence at ExCITe; she worked in the EGS during the summer of 2016 as part of Drexel’s Students Tackling Advanced Research (STAR) program, where she researched the design of effective digital learning environments. Erin enjoys making experimental video games and pushing the limits of what a digital experience can be. She is interested in the great potential that lies at the intersection of arts and technology, and is passionate about the ability of artistic expression to reach individuals on a deeply human level.

When Erin isn’t making weird games, she can be found busy with music or her faith. Erin has played the alto saxophone for more than a decade, and performs with Drexel’s Concert Band, Pep Band, and Jazz Orchestra. She serves as Events Coordinator for the Drexel Newman Catholic Community and is the president of Drexel’s chapter of the honorary music fraternity Pi Nu Epsilon.
