Keyspot

Community members working at the Dornsife Center's KEYSPOT computer lab

In 2013, Drexel opened a KEYSPOT at the Beachell Family Learning Center as a key part of a citywide digital access strategy. Located in the carriage house at the Dornsife Center for Neighborhood Partnerships, the KEYSPOT consists of free, public computer labs that features:

  • 12 PCs
  • 11 Macs
  • a scanner/fax machine
  • two color/B&W printers
  • Drexel students and staff are onsite each weekday to support community computer usage. Community members can use computers to check their social media, pursue their education, participate in other Beachell Center programs, or for any other personal use. The KEYSPOT serves hundreds of community visitors each year.

In order to access the KEYSPOT, community members must provide proof of vaccination in accordance with Drexel Covid-19 policy. To learn more please visit here. If you are unable to provide proof of vaccination, you can take advantage of our free contactless printing, scanning, or faxing services.
