The Dornsife Center’s continued success depends on our dynamic network of partners who bring high quality programming to our site. Many academic departments, colleges and schools, individual faculty members, and administrative offices at Drexel have a set of community engagement priorities that can be met at the Dornsife Center. We also work with a number of regional, citywide, and neighborhood-level nonprofit and service organizations that have identified working in West Philadelphia as a key strategic priority.

Our programming areas fall into seven broad categories:

Our flexible, multi-purpose spaces can accommodate seminars, meetings, and classes in a range of setups. Our computer labs can host digital access and technology workshops. And we can move tables and chairs aside in most rooms to hold programs that are all about dance and movement.

Dornsife Center staff offer assistance and support from soup to nuts. We’ll sit with you to help plan your program, and we’ll assist with marketing and, where needed, program registration. We can also mobilize Drexel-based volunteers for programs needing that extra support. When there are specific program challenges we’ll help you troubleshoot. Our facilities staff are here to ensure that you’ll arrive for your program to find a clean, well-maintained space with a layout that works for your program.
