Director, Business Development for Integra Life Sciences

Tim Pryor is responsible for negotiating and managing M&A transactions, conducting diligence for targeted business acquisitions, and expanding Integra’s product portfolio through technology licensing and business development partnerships. Tim successfully completed partnership transactions with Organogenesis, Inc. and RTI Biologics, Inc. for two orthopedic products for Integra’s Extremity Reconstruction Division. Tim led the diligence team and the integration of the communication plan for the $65MM acquisition of Ascension Orthopedics which closed in September 2011. Tim was nominated in 2008 and received honorable mention (top 5) for the Integra Life Sciences Richard E. Caruso Innovation Award which recognizes the significant technical advances in product development. He was also recognized for development of Integra™ Flowable Wound Matrix. Tim previously served as program Manager for the first osteobiologic device developed for Integra, Mozaik Bone Regeneration Matrix Putty (K062353) and Strips (K063124) and executed projects in 13 months from development to clearance and national launch. Tim earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University and his MS in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
