Elias Caro Vice President of Technology Development Wallace H. Coulter Foundation As Vice President of Technology Development, Elias is in charge of the grant programs in biomedical research at the Wallace H. Coulter Foundation, which he joined in 2006. At Beckman Coulter Life Sciences from 1998 to 2006, he occupied positions of increasing responsibility as Vice President of Diagnostic R&D and President of the Biomedical Research Division, as well as Executive Vice President in charge of International Diagnostics Commercial Operations and Worldwide Life Sciences. At Coulter Corporation from 1985 to 1998, Elias managed several international operations in Latin America, France, Belgium, and Japan. He holds a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, a Masters in Business and Polymer Science, and is als an AIMBE fellow.
