Two Students Receive Psi Chi Research Grant

Mary Godfrey is a second year doctoral student in Drexel University's Clinical Psychology department under the mentorship of Nancy Raitano Lee, PhD. Her clinical work and research focuses on pediatric neuropsychology. Mary's master's thesis, "An Examination of the Memory Profile of Children with Down Syndrome" examines memory abilities (i.e. short-term, long-term, and prospective memory) in children with Down syndrome across development. This project has been funded by the Psi Chi Fall Graduate Student Research Grant.

Jillian Tessier is a second year doctoral student in the Clinical Psychology program at Drexel University under the mentorship of Maria Schultheis, PhD. Her master's thesis, entitled "Vocational Multitasking Ability in TBI: Is Sleep a Contributing Factor?" has been funded by the Psi Chi Fall Graduate Student Research Grant. This project examines the contributions of multitasking ability and sleep quality to vocational functioning after traumatic brain injury.
